Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Supervisor (Aerosol) based in Tanjung Priok. The Production Supervisor will oversee daily operations and ensure production schedules are met efficiently. Responsibilities include coordinating and implementing production plans, monitoring and supervising production staff, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. The role requires proactive problem-solving, timely reporting to management, and maintaining effective communication with relevant teams to ensure seamless workflow.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills, including leadership and team management abilities
• Experience in Production Planning and managing Production Schedules
• Proficiency in Production Management principles
• Excellent Communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
• Knowledge of aerosol industry processes and safety standards is an advantage
• Proficiency in relevant production software tools is a plus
