Production Shift Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Managing production line as per planning for each functional machine
• Review and observe for any hazard potential for people, product, and environment.
• Managing and execute AM-PM activity with engineering department as per schedule.
• Evaluate and identify performance of machine & quality during production
• Ensure of GMP implementation in working area
• Communicate and escalation of outstanding issue
• Ensure of operation with food safety manner, contamination, and cleaning procedure
• Ensure production operation with efficient and effective manner
• Manage daily schedule, employee shift and reporting shift
• Manage product for re-work (from external)
• Manage transfer product to warehouse finished goods

Requirements

• Bachelor degree of Electrical/ Mechanical /Chemical Engineering
• Willing to work in shifts
• Proven experience in the food manufacturing is essential
• Fluent in English (written and speaking)
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Must be able to train, manage, and motivate a production team to meet goals
• The ability to make quick, effective decisions and solve problems under pressure
• Experience using SAP systems for production management
