- Supervise daily feed manufacturing operations and staff activities according to work plans.
- Monitor batching, mixing, pelleting, packing, and sanitation processes.
- Ensure adherence to feed safety, quality, and safety standards.
- Guide operators and address routine operational issues.
- Report deviations, quality concerns, or equipment problems.
- Maintain daily operational records.
Qualifications
Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
- Mengawasi operasional harian produksi pakan dan aktivitas staf sesuai dengan rencana kerja.
- Memantau proses penimbangan bahan, pencampuran, pembuatan pelet, pengemasan, dan sanitasi.
- Memastikan kepatuhan terhadap standar keamanan pakan, kualitas, dan keselamatan kerja.
- Membimbing operator serta menangani permasalahan operasional rutin.
- Melaporkan setiap penyimpangan, masalah kualitas, atau kerusakan/permasalahan peralatan.
- Memelihara dan memperbarui catatan operasional harian.
