Lead the achievement of production, quality, cost, and productivity targets in line with established KPIs.
Oversee production operations by optimizing material utilization, manpower, production capacity, and manufacturing processes.
Analyze production issues, implement corrective actions, and drive operational improvements to enhance efficiency and product quality.
Drive the implementation of manufacturing systems, including TPS, TPM, QCC, and other continuous improvement programs to enhance productivity and reduce production costs.
Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Work Instructions (WI), IATF 16949, ISO 14001, as well as Health, Safety, and 5R standards.
Develop team capabilities through coaching, performance management, and continuous skill development.
Oversee new product mass production readiness and ensure the accuracy of production administration, including SAP transactions.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Production Supervisor in the manufacturing industry (automotive experience is preferred).
Strong knowledge of production processes, Lean Manufacturing, TPS, and Continuous Improvement.
Familiar with IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and 5S/5R implementation.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP/ERP systems.
Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
