Responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of production facilities and equipment at the RPU Megaluh plant, contributing to a safe and hygienic manufacturing environment for PT Multi Farmindo Jaya.
Job Responsibilities:**
- Perform daily cleaning and sanitization of production lines, machinery, and equipment according to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.
- Disassemble, clean, and reassemble production equipment as required for thorough sanitation.
- Prepare and utilize appropriate cleaning agents and sanitizers, ensuring correct concentrations and application methods.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness standards throughout the production area, including floors, walls, and ceilings.
- Document cleaning and sanitation activities accurately, including date, time, and chemicals used.
- Identify and report any sanitation issues, equipment malfunctions, or safety hazards to supervisors promptly.
- Adhere to all company policies, quality standards, and food safety regulations (e.g., GMP, HACCP).
- Assist with waste management and disposal in designated areas.
- Participate in training programs related to sanitation procedures, chemical handling, and safety.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Job Qualifications:**
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a sanitation role within a manufacturing or food processing environment is highly preferred.
- Ability to understand and follow detailed instructions and safety protocols.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and their safe handling practices.
- Physical ability to perform repetitive tasks, lift moderate weights, stand for extended periods, and work in various environmental conditions (e.g., wet, cold).
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high hygiene standards.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Understanding of basic food safety principles (e.g., GMP) is an advantage.
