Job Description

  1. Plan and coordinate manpower demands of 10 operation departments based upon business plan and production schedule
  2. Develop and implement manpower allocation plans, and dynamically adjust personnel deployment
  3. Track employee attendance and working hours; monitor labor efficiency, overtime, and production output efficiency
  4. Prepare weekly/ monthly labor efficiency analysis reports and propose improvement recommendations
  5. Monitor monthly headcount achievements and resources filfullment status
  6. Analyze and provide early warnings on key labor cost indicators, and drive corrective improvement actions
  7. Lead organizational relationship transfers
  8. Work with the HR team to drive the full-cycle local manpower allocation process (requirements → interview → offer → onboarding)
  9. Maintain manpower records to ensure production data accuracy
