Production Planning Control Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor, and control production schedules to ensure on-time delivery of products.
• Coordinate with purchasing, production, warehouse, and sales teams to align material availability with production needs.
• Analyze inventory levels, lead times, and demand forecasts to optimize stock levels and reduce excess inventory.
• Monitor work-in-progress (WIP) and finished goods inventory to prevent shortages or overstocking.
• Prepare regular production and inventory reports for management review.
• Identify bottlenecks or potential issues in production planning and propose corrective actions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience (23 years or more) in production planning, inventory control, or supply chain management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
