Production Planning and Control Staff

The Production Planning and Control (PPC) Staff role supports production-related data management and reporting activities within a manufacturing environment. The position focuses on maintaining PPC data, preparing reports, analysing manufacturing information, and coordinating data updates with production and related departments.

Responsibilities

• Compile and manage production-related data
• Prepare regular production reports using Microsoft Excel
• Monitor and maintain PPC data
• Analyse and organise manufacturing data for internal reporting
• Coordinate with production and related departments regarding data updates
• Support other PPC administrative and reporting activities
  
  

Requirements

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 1.5–2 years of experience in PPC, production control, production administration, or a related role
• Experience in automotive or electronics manufacturing companies
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, with the ability to use VLOOKUP, SUMIF, PivotTables, and other Excel functions confidently
• Good numerical and data management skills
• Detail-oriented and comfortable handling production data
