About the Role
Contract period until June 2026, working in an onsite arrangement in Karawang.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist the Production Planner in generating and managing Shop Orders, specifically for Chili production, ensuring accuracy and timely processing for both local and export business.
- Provide assistance in KHMS activities, including the collection and consolidation of supporting evidence and documentation from both Karawang and Pasuruan sites.
- Support improvement initiatives within Production Planning and monitoring actual output vs planning by identifying root cause, documentation, and implement improvement actions.
- Assist in preparing production planning related documents and evidence for internal/external audits, ensuring compliance and readiness.
- Perform other ad hoc tasks or support activities as required to facilitate the smooth operation of production planning and related departments.
Job Requirements
- Good interpersonal skills to communicate with cross functional stakeholders and ability to drive/influence stakeholders.
- Bachelors degree in engineering.
- Minimum 2 years experience in procurement function, experienced in MNC is preferred.
- Thorough knowledge of procurement and financial software applications
- Excellent Microsoft Office, especially excel skills
- Can read and speak English language.
- Willingness and ability to travel to Karawang/Jakarta/Pasuruan to support business needs.
