Production Planner

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent qualifications.
• Minimum of 03 years of experience in Planning. (Apparel/textile industry experience is a distinct advantage)
• Excellent in analytical thinking
• Excellent in Mathematics and numbers
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel.
• Working experience in an ERP System (SAP) would be an added advantage.
• Good communication in English.
• Excellent coordination skills, result-oriented, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrates a continuous learning mindset and resilience under pressure

Job Description :

• Preparation of weekly production plans in line with delivery targets and to provide delivery confirmations to customers.
• Follow up on Raw Material to be aligned with the Confirmed INH date
• Follow up on the daily target to be aligned with production requirements
• Share accurate information related to organizational KPI's with the management.
• Prepare and conduct meetings on a daily/weekly basis and take timely and appropriate actions to ensure that customer delivery deadlines are met.
• Follow up with relevant departments to ensure 100% materials availability.
