Job Description

Persyaratan Pekerjaan

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
Proven experience in plastic manufacturing, particularly in the production of cups, bottles, or gallon containers.
Proficiency in PLC programming and automation systems.
Strong understanding of 5R principles (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
Willingness to travel and be stationed at various production sites across Indonesia

Responsible for the operation of plastic packaging machines.
Responsible for the maintenance of production packaging machines.
Lead the entire engineering team.
Develop proposals for machine repair / procurement of parts / spare parts for packaging machines.
Responsible for the efficiency of production packaging machines.
