Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Production Operator role based in Tangerang. The Production Operator is responsible for operating production equipment, supporting manufacturing activities, ensuring product quality, and maintaining safe and efficient production operations according to company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate production machines and equipment according to SOP and work instructions.
- Perform daily production activities to achieve output targets and quality standards.
- Monitor machine conditions and report abnormalities or production issues.
- Perform material handling activities using appropriate equipment.
- Operate gantry crane for material handling (if certified and assigned).
- Perform basic welding and fabrication work to support production activities (if required).
- Conduct product inspection and ensure compliance with quality requirements.
- Perform routine cleaning, equipment checks, and basic maintenance activities.
- Follow HSE procedures, use PPE properly, and maintain a safe working environment.
- Support teamwork and continuous improvement activities in the production area.
General Requirements:
- Minimum Senior High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; technical background in Mechanical, Electrical, Welding, or Manufacturing is preferred.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Experience operating industrial machinery is preferred.
- Gantry Crane Operator Certificate and/or Welding Certificate is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of production processes, quality standards, and safety procedures.
- Willing to work in shifts and overtime when required.
- Good discipline, teamwork, and ability to follow work instructions.
