Where You'll Make a Difference

• Assist the production team in executing various manufacturing processes, including compounding, dispensing, and packaging activities.
• Contribute to the preparation and handling of materials required for production operations.
• Support routine cleaning procedures to uphold hygiene standards within the production area.
• Ensure the work environment remains safe, sanitary, and compliant with internal and external regulations.
• Participate in the maintenance of equipment and tools used in production to ensure operational efficiency.
• Compound raw materials into finished goods while ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Perform packing of finished goods in strict adherence to regulatory and quality requirements.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth workflow and meet production targets.

• Minimum qualification: High school diploma in a relevant field.
• 1–2 years of experience in a similar production role.
• Proven ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Proficient in weighing ingredients using floor scales and flow meters.
• Familiar with safety and hygiene standards in production settings.
• Able to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) when handling specific materials.
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to operational accuracy and compliance.
