Job Description
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma III (D3) degree in an Engineering discipline, such as Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or other related fields.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Production Operator in a manufacturing environment.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, production equipment, and operational procedures.
- Knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety, principles and quality standards in a production environment.
- Ability to operate, monitor, and troubleshoot production equipment following established procedures.
- Willingness to perform shift work and work in a manufacturing environment.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office) and production documentation systems.
- Willing to work in Malang
Key Responsibilities
1. Production Process
- Operate and monitor production processes in accordance with the production plan to ensure efficiency, productivity, and on-time delivery of output targets.
2. Safety & Quality Compliance
- Ensure all production activities comply with Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality (SHEQ) standards, company policies, and operating procedures to prevent accidents, health risks, quality defects, and material losses.
3. Production Machine Maintenance
- Perform Autonomous Maintenance activities, including cleaning, inspection, lubrication, tightening, and basic machine care, as well as ensuring proper machine setup and installation after changeovers to maintain optimal machine performance.
4. Continuous Improvement
- Support and implement Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives within the work area by identifying improvement opportunities, enhancing operational efficiency, reducing waste, and contributing to productivity improvements.
5. Documentation & Reporting
- Accurately complete production records, operational checklists, and required documentation, and promptly report any production, quality, safety, or equipment issues to the relevant supervisor.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate effectively with Production, Maintenance, Quality, and other relevant teams to ensure smooth operations and achievement of departmental and organizational objectives.
