Job Description
- Ensure the readiness of raw materials, production machines, and equipment before production starts.
- Operate, monitor, and adjust production process parameters to achieve target capacity and product quality.
- Perform routine inspection, setup, and basic maintenance of production machines and equipment.
- Record production process parameters, monitor Critical Control Points (CCPs), and ensure compliance with operational standards.
- Report machine or operational issues to supervisors and the Mechanical & Electrical team while maintaining compliance with EHS (K3) and 5S standards.
Qualifications
- Diploma (III) / bachelor degree in Mechanical / Industrial / Mechatronics Engineering
- Have minimum 1 year of experience as production operator (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Fluent in English
- Able to operate Ms Office
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Memastikan kesiapan bahan baku, mesin produksi, dan peralatan sebelum proses produksi dimulai.
- Mengoperasikan, memantau, dan menyesuaikan parameter proses produksi untuk mencapai target kapasitas dan kualitas produk.
- Melakukan inspeksi, penyetelan, dan perawatan dasar secara rutin terhadap mesin dan peralatan produksi.
- Mencatat parameter proses produksi, memantau Critical Control Point (CCP), serta memastikan kepatuhan terhadap standar operasional.
- Melaporkan kendala mesin atau operasional kepada atasan dan tim Mechanical & Electrical serta menerapkan standar K3 dan 5S di area kerja.
Kualifikasi
- Minimal lulusan D3/S1 Teknik Mesin, Teknik Industri, atau Teknik Mekatronika.
- Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1 tahun sebagai Operator Produksi (lulusan baru dipersilakan melamar).
- Mampu berbahasa Inggris dengan baik.
- Mampu mengoperasikan Microsoft Office.
