PRODUCTION MANUFACTURE SUPERVISOR

• Minimum Bachelor Degree, Industrial Engineering is preferred
• GPA Min. 3.00 (Fresh Graduates are Welcome)
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office/Excel)
• Ability to communicate fluently in English
• Conceptual, likes data analysis and interest in jobs in Industry
• Independent, proactive, likes challenges in a dynamic work environment
• Enjoy working as a team and/or working individually
• Think creatively and don't give up easily
• Having an interest in sports, especially cycling

This role focuses on analyzing and optimizing processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs, while collaborating with cross-functional teams. You will identify improvement opportunities and implement strategies to enhance productivity.

RESPONSIBILITY

• Overview of the production process, handling project cycle time and review of the production process (Lean Process)
• Able to make the manufacturing system more efficient
