We are seeking an experienced Production Manager (UV Coating) to lead and oversee the production & UV coating process in our plastic rigid packaging manufacturing facility. This role is critical in ensuring high-quality output, operational efficiency, and compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production activities for UV coating lines, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to production schedules.
- Monitor and maintain product quality standards, implementing corrective actions when necessary.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost reduction, and efficiency enhancement.
- Supervise and develop production staff, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Work closely with maintenance teams to minimize downtime and ensure equipment reliability.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Prepare and present production reports, KPIs, and performance metrics to management.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in production management within plastic packaging or UV coating processes.
- Strong knowledge of UV coating technology, machinery, and quality standards.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
