JOB DESCRIPTION :
- Oversee overall HNB production operations (quality, efficiency, cost, delivery) to ensure business targets are met;
- Build and manage a multi-layer production team (operators → line leaders → supervisors) to enhance execution capability;
- Drive improvements in production efficiency and reduction in scrap rate, continuously optimizing yield and cost;
- Ensure production stability and batch consistency (focus on variation control);
- Establish and optimize shopfloor management systems (6S, standardization, visualization);
- Coordinate with Process, Quality, and PMC teams to ensure production continuity and delivery stability.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical, Materials, Chemical, or related fields;
- Minimum 5 years of production management experience, with team management experience of 200+ employees (3+ layers);
- Background in FMCG or continuous manufacturing industries (preferred: tobacco, HNB, e-cigarette, food, pharmaceutical);
- Familiar with shopfloor management and key KPIs (OEE, yield, efficiency, scrap) and improvement approaches;
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and cross-functional coordination skills;
- Good command of English as a working language; tobacco/HNB experience preferred.
