Production Manager

Job desk & Requirements :

This is a full-time on-site role for a Production and Quality Manager located in Halmahera, North Maluku Province. The Production and Quality Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day production process of nickel ore mining and ensuring that the quality standards are met. They will also be responsible for implementing continuous improvement initiatives to increase production efficiency and reduce costs.

Qualifications :

1. Experience as a Production and Quality Manager in the mining nickel industry.

2. Knowledge of mining regulations, safety protocols, and environmental standard

3. Experience in project management and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.

4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills

5. Ability to lead and manage a team.

6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

7. Master&aposs degree in mining engineering or related field is a plus.

8. Experience in open project area and prefer to contractor Industry
