Production Manager Assistant

Salary: Rp 5,000,000 to Rp 6,000,000 per month

King Trading has been manufacturing private label swimwear and activewear in Bali since 1993. We produce for brands across Australia, Europe and the United States. Our team is young, close-knit and proud of what leaves our factory.

Working directly alongside our Production Manager, you will help keep every customer order on track from start to shipment. It is a role with real visibility across the whole factory, ideal for someone organised who wants to learn how a manufacturing business runs.

What you will be doing

• Track customer production orders through each stage
• Keep production schedules and order records up to date
• Follow up with departments on progress and delays
• Support costing and account statement processes
• Prepare production and financial tracking reports in Excel

What we are looking for

• Confident Excel skills
• Basic costing or accounting knowledge
• Organised, with strong attention to detail
• Able to follow up clearly and keep several tasks moving
• Production or manufacturing experience is a plus
