Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assist in organizing and maintaining documents; production timelines, deliverables, and project updates across multiple titles.
- Support coordination between internal teams and external production houses.
- Assist in monitoring post-production, trailer, marketing asset, and delivery progress.
- Help prepare meeting notes, follow-up lists, and project recap documents.
- Conduct light competitor or content reference research when needed.
- Provide general day-to-day support for the Vidio Original Series production management team.
- Final-year student or fresh graduate from Film, Communication, Media, Broadcasting, Production, or related fields.
- Interested in series, film, OTT platforms, and the entertainment industry.
- Familiar with Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides.
