SMOORE Indonesia has 4 plants in Indonesia and our Malang plant is looking for an Production Maintanance Technician. Because of our business is B2B (business to business) so this position will communicate about the demand directly with our customers and here the details:

Job Responsibilities :
- Responsible for daily inspections and checks of production equipment within the assigned area, promptly identifying and handling any abnormalities.
- Efficiently execute emergency repairs for equipment malfunctions, responding quickly to production line calls to minimize downtime.
- Complete planned tasks such as regular equipment maintenance, lubrication, and cleaning, and accurately record the results.
- Assist engineers in implementing preventative maintenance plans, replacing vulnerable parts, and performing precision checks and adjustments.
- Under guidance, participate in the disassembly, assembly, and commissioning of equipment for intermediate and major repairs and technical upgrades.
- Conduct trial runs to confirm that repaired equipment meets production process requirements.
- Accurately and promptly record maintenance data, working hours, and material consumption on the TPM system.
- Maintain good communication with operators, team leaders, engineers, and the spare parts warehouse, clearly conveying equipment status information.
- Actively participate in failure analysis, proposing reasonable suggestions for equipment improvement and recurrence prevention.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree or above, at least 1-2 Years Experiences
- Strong verbal and written communication in English
- Major in automation or related fields
