2. PT. Atomization Technology Indonesia - Pasuruan
3. PT. Merit Technology and Innovation Indonesia - Sidoarjo
4. PT. Genesis Technology Indonesia - Malang

Production Line Leader will be placed in our 1st plant, PT. Smoore Technology Indonesia in Malang.

Responsibilities

1. According to the PMC plan, allocate personnel, machinery, equipment, materials, etc., supervise the progress of the production process, and ensure that the production plan is achieved
2. Responsible for employee training in the workplace, instructing employees to work according to process requirements and work instructions, and mastering production progress
3. Implement self-inspection and joint inspection of products, effectively control and prevent substandard products, and reduce losses
4. Analyze and handle abnormal process in a timely manner, corrective and preventive actions are implemented to ensure that quality products are delivered on time
5. Responsible for production line management, standardize work attitudes, employee appearance, and ensure the implementation of 5S
6. Pay attention to employee behavior, arrange appropriate personnel positions
7. Responsible for the safety of personnel, providing training on work safety
8. Implement policies related to employee health and safety programs that comply with applicable regulations and standards.
9. Implement policies related to waste management programs that comply with applicable regulations and standards.

Qualifications

1. Diploma degree, bachelor degree or above;
2. More than 2 years as production management experience;
3. Possess good communication, coordination skills, and execution skills;
4. Has experience managing 50 employees in one line production;
5. Able to use english as working language.
