Bachelor's Degree in Metallurgical Engineering (minimum GPA of 3.30).
Min. 1-2 years of working experience or internship in the same field.
Have knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles, industrial automation systems, and Karakuri automation
Strong understanding of the LPDC (Low Pressure Die Casting) process, including jig and fixture fabrication/modification, time study, defect analysis, and Occupational Health and Safety (OHS/HSE) implementation.
Have ability to read and interpret engineering drawings (blueprints) and perform installation and setup of new machinery.
Proficient in engineering drawing software (e.g., AutoCAD or equivalent)
Willing to be placed in Serpong- Tangerang.

Design, manage, and optimize manufacturing processes.
Ensure efficient, safe, and cost-effective production by minimizing waste, monitoring product quality, and troubleshooting technical issues in the factory.
