Jazz is currently investing US$20 million to build an advanced manufacturing facility in Majalengka, West Java, while also establishing an assembly training factory in Cikarang. We are now looking for passionate and experienced talents to join our growing team.

Role Description

We are recruiting 3 Production Engineers (PE) who will play a key role in production engineering, equipment development, testing, and process optimization for audio speaker manufacturing.

Selected candidates will participate in a 6-month training program at Jazz Shenzhen China Factory starting March 1, 2026.

Roles & Responsibility

As a Production Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting end-to-end production readiness, including engineering processes, equipment preparation, materials coordination, and quality assurance. Your main responsibilities include:

Production & Process Engineering

  • Support new model introduction, trial production, and pilot production.
  • Create, update, and improve SOPs, testing procedures, and production documents.
  • Analyze production issues, process anomalies, and assembly line efficiency.
  • Lead process optimization, productivity improvement, and cost-reduction initiatives.

Equipment & Jig/Fixture Management

  • Develop, fabricate, and outsource functional jigs/fixtures.
  • Install, commission, repair, and improve production equipment.
  • Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting for machines and testing devices.
  • Support automation and semi-automation improvements.
  • Train operators on equipment usage and testing methods.

Planning, Materials Control & Quality Support

  • Coordinate production planning, materials readiness, and delivery schedules.
  • Collaborate with warehouse and materials teams on receiving, issuing, and storage processes.
  • Support incoming, in-process, and outgoing quality inspections.
  • Assist in resolving quality issues and managing customer complaints.
  • Maintain key production and quality documentation.

Education and Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (or above) in Engineering; Electronic Engineering is highly preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in an electronics manufacturing environment.
  • Experience in equipment testing, production engineering, jig/fixture development, and process troubleshooting is an advantage.

Skills

  • Fluent English communication (mandatory).
  • Mandarin proficiency is a strong advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledgeable in equipment troubleshooting, process optimization, and production efficiency improvement.
  • Able to collaborate effectively across departments (Engineering, Production, QA, Warehouse/Material Control).
  • Detail-oriented, adaptable, and willing to attend 6-month overseas training in Shenzhen.
