Production Control Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

1. Receive production orders from the sales team, conduct feasibility analysis, and identify potential challenges.

2. Develop batch production plans on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis based on factory resources and existing order status.

3. Regularly monitor material supply and inventory levels to support production operations under a lean manufacturing system.

4. Manage delivery processes, promptly respond to the sales department, and coordinate cross-functional communication with relevant departments to propose optimal solutions.

5. Create production orders (DPS) in the ERP system daily and continuously monitor production execution progress.

6. Establish models and project databases covering capacity, manpower, facilities, and tooling conditions, generate rough capacity planning, and update them monthly.

7. Participate in NPI projects involving new products, materials, production lines, or technologies, as well as initiatives related to efficiency improvement and cost optimization.

8. Identify potential risks and critical milestones, proactively implement measures to ensure supply chain stability, assist team managers in achieving KPI targets, and complete ad-hoc tasks assigned by team leaders.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher; candidates with logistics or business administration backgrounds are preferred.

2. At least 5 years of PMC experience in large enterprises, including at least 1 year in a team leadership role, with proven experience in material planning and production scheduling.

3. Proficient in office software (Excel, Word, PPT), with strong understanding of ERP system logic and ability to independently prepare master and daily production plans.

4. Strong logical thinking and data analysis skills.

5. Excellent communication and execution abilities, capable of working effectively in a lean manufacturing environment.

6. English is the working language; proficiency in Chinese is preferred
