Good understanding of operational processes, work standards, and production flow.
Able to perform monitoring, analysis, and evaluation of operational performance, with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Familiar with handling and operating industrial machinery and understanding production equipment.
Good understanding of manufacturing processes, including chemical-related processes in industrial operations.
Experienced in quality control and cost control activities within a manufacturing environment.
