Role: Production Assistant Internship

Job Description (Summary):

1. Responsible for finding talent, including approaching them and handling invoicing.

2. Assist in fulfilling property, wardrobe, and vendor needs for shooting.

3. Coordinate schedules, logistics, and resources for shoots and other production-related activities.

4. Support in maintaining production schedules and ensuring deadlines are met.

5. Liaise with clients, talent, and crew members to ensure smooth communication.

6. Assist in quality control during post-production, reviewing edits, and ensuring final deliverables meet client standards.

7. Support pre-production, production, and post-production tasks as required

Requirements (Summary):

1. Marketing, Communication, or related field

2. Knowledge of production and shooting processes.

3. Ability to work under tight deadlines.

4. Strong negotiation skills with internal teams, vendors, and talent.

5. Organized, proactive, and a good communicator.

6. Able to work onsite in GADING SERPONG, Tangerang
