Conduct content research by exploring social media platforms and internal data, then compile findings into a structured idea bank.
Assist in developing content frameworks and enriching them with relevant reference links.
Support scriptwriting under the supervision of the Producer/Line Producer, ensuring alignment with marketing tone and product USPs.
Assist in wardrobe and property sourcing, including unboxing, recording asset purchases, organizing storage, preparing items for shoots, and returning them after use.
Prepare shooting moodboards (wardrobe/fashion references) for talent guidance and on-set reference.
Support the Line Producer in updating shooting trackers and preparing equipment/property checklists for each shooting batch or cycle.
Prepare, print, and distribute production documents (shooting scripts, call sheets, moodboards, talent release forms, and daily production reports).
Provide on-set support by coordinating with talent, assisting preparation before takes/on camera, and ensuring smooth communication during shoots.
Maintain and update production documentation and datasets (talent lists, location lists, reports, and archives) according to the filing system.
Requirements
Willing to work from office (WFO).
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
Able to work in a fast-paced production environment.
Proactive, communicative, and able to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
Comfortable managing documentation and large datasets.
Strong interest in marketing content production and social media trends.
Experience in fintech companies or marketing content production projects is a plus.
