Job Description
Assist in supervising daily slaughterhouse operations and work execution. Support monitoring of processing, cleaning, and sanitation activities. Help ensure compliance with SOPs, halal, food safety, hygiene, and safety standards. Guide operators in routine tasks and report issues to supervisors. Maintain basic operational records and assist in reporting.
Membantu mengawasi operasional harian dan pelaksanaan kerja di rumah potong hewan.
Mendukung pemantauan kegiatan pemrosesan, pembersihan, dan sanitasi.
Membantu memastikan kepatuhan terhadap SOP serta standar halal, keamanan pangan, higiene, dan keselamatan kerja.
Membimbing operator dalam tugas-tugas rutin dan melaporkan kendala kepada atasan.
Mengelola catatan operasional dasar dan membantu penyusunan laporan.
