We are looking for an experienced Product Trainer Assistant Manager who lives and breathes Mazda, understands every detail behind the car, and knows how to translate product excellence into confident sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver product training programs for sales teams across dealer networks.
- Develop and update Mazda product training materials, including model walkarounds, comparisons, and technical features.
- Ensure sales teams have strong product knowledge, storytelling ability, and confidence when engaging customers.
- Conduct classroom, virtual, and on-site training sessions.
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and After Sales teams to align product messaging.
- Support new model launches, refresh training, and certification programs.
- Monitor training effectiveness and continuously improve learning content.
Requirements
- Minimum 57 years of experience in product training, sales training, or automotive training.
- Strong passion for Mazda and deep understanding of Mazda products, technology, and philosophy.
- Excellent knowledge of vehicle features, specifications, and competitive positioning.
- Proven ability to deliver engaging, structured, and impactful training.
- Strong presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Experience delivering training for sales consultants and supervisors is a must.
- Comfortable traveling for dealer training when required.
