Job Description

Responsibilities

Ensure the availability of protocols and Ethical Approval (or Ethical Approval Extension Letters) prior to conducting product testing.
Collaborate with the Product Testing Supervisor and Head of SKINPROOF to determine testing methods outlined in the protocol.
Prepare and manage supporting documents for protocol submission, handling administrative processes related to clinical trial protocol submission.
Validate that the submitted protocol aligns with procedures and agreements with the Customer before Ethics Commission submission.
Confirm availability and validity of procedures related to product testing and instrument use.
Provide explanations and guidance to Product Testing Staff regarding upcoming product testing projects.
Create, approve, and ensure availability of draft documents or forms for Product Testing Staff prior to testing.
Prepare documents and conduct briefing sessions for Recruiters regarding the availability of test subjects.
Accompany Product Testing Staff during testing, ensuring the entire process adheres to applicable procedures.
Verify the completeness of test products and supporting documents received by the Business Support Department and Product Testing Staff.
Validate product testing data collected by Product Testing Staff and compile it into a final product testing report.
Coordinate with the Quality System Department to issue Minutes of Final Reports and Certificates of Analysis.
Coordinate with the Business Support Department for the delivery process of final reports and supporting documents to the Customer.

Requirements

Does it match your criteria

Bachelor's degree (S1) in Pharmacy, Biomedicine, or Life Science.
Possess a minimum of 1 year of experience in the same field.
Demonstrate strong knowledge of Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) and Good Clinical Practice (GCP).
Have understanding of regulations pertaining to cosmetics and dermatology products.
Possess knowledge in project management.
Be familiar with business processes in the field of cosmetic product testing.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
