The Ascott Limited Indonesia is looking for a Product & Technical Services (PTS) Intern to support our Product & Technical Services team across various hospitality projects.
This opportunity is ideal for final-year students who are eager to gain hands-on exposure to hotel development, interior design, project coordination, and technical services within the hospitality industry.
What You'll Do
- Assist the PTS team in day-to-day project coordination and administrative activities.
- Support the preparation of project presentations, reports, and documentation.
- Conduct research and gather information related to design, technical specifications, materials, and industry trends.
- Assist in reviewing project drawings, design submissions, and technical documents.
- Support communication and coordination with internal stakeholders, consultants, and project teams.
- Assist in tracking project progress and maintaining project records.
- Support site visits and project-related activities when required.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the PTS team.
What We're Looking For
- Final-year student or fresh graduate in Interior Design or Architecture.
- Strong interest in hospitality development, design, and technical services.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, or other design software is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
- Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- Eager to learn, curious, proactive, and willing to take initiative.
- Fast learner with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Willing to work full Work From Office (Jakarta).
- Willing to travel occasionally for project-related activities.
