About The Role
This is a site-based position managing a Ground Support contract, working closely with operations, technical teams, and senior stakeholders to ensure strong product performance, contract delivery, and customer value.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead product performance, trials, audits, and technical problem-solving
- Build strong relationships with engineering, operations, and purchasing teams
- Drive KPIs, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Provide product training and technical support
- Identify opportunities for innovation and efficiency
- Ensure strict EHS compliance
- Act as the primary technical point of contact at site
Job Requirements
- Relevant qualifications in mining engineering, operations, and/or mining technology
- Previous experience in contracts management, continuous improvement and/or Customer Relationship Management role
- Experience in U/G Mining or U/G Construction
- Exposure and an understanding of ground support products and applications
- Proven ability to engage, influence and develop effective relationships with key stakeholders to deliver results
- Excellent skills in documentation, report writing and presentation
- Strong presentation skills
- Mechanically inclined
- Proficient local language would be an added advantage
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and adaptable to various software programs, including ERP system
- Ability to prepare detailed reports and correspondence
