Information about the role:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical solutions, supporting ongoing system operations, and ensuring seamless project implementations.
Key Responsibility
- Create and edit client programs in the back office dashboard.
- Test programs to ensure there are no mistakes.
- Gather program requirements from the project management team.
- Handle client program change requests.
- Coordinate with the internal team to meet client needs.
- Ensure all incoming requests are processed within SLA.
- Ensure catalogs and programs meet the required specifications.
- Minimize errors in all program-related activities.
- Ensure smooth program processes according to client requirements.
Requirement
- Bachelor's degree from reputable local or overseas universities in Technology, Engineering, or Business (Open to Fresh Graduates).
- Minimum GPA of 3.30 out of 4.0.
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and other relevant tools.
- Good time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Leadership experience in leading projects within an organization is preferred.
