  • Facilitate smooth H2H integration processes with partners and internal teams
  • Provide daily support and ensure seamless operations
  • Deliver training sessions for partners and Shopee/ShopeePay teams on new features or products
  • Handle monitoring, troubleshooting, create SOPs, and support product operations as needed
  • Analyze and report any trend on the number of bugs recorded
  • Identify issue trends for reporting to all stakeholders to improve the system stability
  • Collaborate closely and build relationships between the operations, business, and the developer team in the debugging process during the production
  • Support the operations and developer team in the bug reporting process by providing complete information and temporary solution or workaround
  • Support the SNAP Submission process to Regulator in Indonesia

Requirements

  • Minimum bachelor's degree from Computer Science or related discipline will be an advantage
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn independently and proactively
  • Communicates clearly, collaborates effectively, and brings a positive energy to the team.
  • Have a strong willingness to learn & grow based on feedback
  • Have a logical thinking and sense of curiosity
  • Can-do attitude with strong sense of responsibility and result-oriented
  • Able to work independently or with team in fast-paced environment
  • Experience in H2H Integration, API, or SNAP integration.
  • Experience in E-Wallet, Payment Gateways (PG), or other fintech domains
  • Exposure to SNAP regulations.
