What are the Objectives of this Role
- Develop and obtain sales targets as a commitment
- Identify new opportunities for growth and build strong relationships with customers while following up on Gene Solutions compliance guidelines
- Establish long-term professional relationships with targeted customer groups to promote Gene's services.
- Prepare all necessary documents related to sales reports for the line manager
What are the Responsibilities of this Role
- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers (OBGYN, MDs, Laboratories, Hospitals....)
- Creation & quality execution of Marketing, Sales and Digital programs to achieve desired goals and objectives
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Agile resolution of customer problems and concerns on products and services
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments. Forge strong team relationships and camaraderie
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends and continuous improvement of competencies through learning & feedback
- Analyze the territory/market s potential and optimize them; track sales and provide regular report on status
- Achieve sales targets and KPI's.
We would love to hear from You if You have:
- University degree or above in Science, Pharmacy, Public Health or related discipline.
- At least 3-5 years experience in Medical Sales & related field.
- Solid scientific knowledge and robust selling & negotiation skills.
- Prenatal Product (PGT, and other NIPT derivatives products) background is an advantage
- Willing to travel to different research sites when required.
- Dynamic, detailed working habits, good time management, problem solving, good cooperation with the research team
- Organized, patient, serious, proactive, agile, honest and enthusiastic.
