Product Specialist

Role Description

The Product Specialist is a full-time, on-site position based in Bogor. Responsible for managing and developing laboratory products, including HPLC columns, GC Instrument and column, Ion Chromatography (IC), filtration, and general laboratory products. The role provides technical and application support to customers and the Sales Team, conducts product presentations and demonstrations, and identifies new market opportunities. The Product Specialist also works closely with principals and cross-functional teams to support product growth and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, or related fields.

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Chemical Analyst/Laboratory Analyst.

• Strong interest and understanding of laboratory products and analytical applications.

• Good communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Customer-oriented and able to support sales activities.

• Good English communication skills.

• Proactive, eager to learn, and willing to travel for customer visits, seminars, and exhibitions.
