Job Description

Responsibilities

Analyze data requests and perform research to support Pharmacovigilance and Cosmetovigilance.
Provide materials for Product Information Files and new product development.
Supply materials for projects and educational content to support operational excellence.
Maintain strong relationships with internal and external parties to achieve business goals.
Provide additional data for product claims based on BPOM feedback.
Create and analyze monthly medical affairs reports to assess progress and effectiveness.
Handle administrative tasks for medical affairs to ensure operational excellence.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or Chemistry.
Experience in pharmaceutical medical affairs is a plus.
Knowledge of cosmetic/skincare science.
Proficient in pharmacology, research, literature reviews, scientific data management, and pharmacovigilance.
