Develop and execute creative marketing strategies to strengthen brand awareness and drive engagement
Manage multi-channel campaigns (digital and offline) while maintaining consistent brand messaging
Build and maintain strategic partnerships to expand brand presence and open new market opportunities
Collaborate with the Product Specialist team to align marketing strategies with product insights, performance data, and market feedback for more targeted campaigns.
Leverage business plans in collaboration with internal teams and principals to support product growth and market expansion.
Qualifications
Fresh graduate or maximum 2 years of relevant experience in marketing strategy
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
Proven track record in developing and executing marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
Tech-savvy with a strong grasp of digital marketing tools and technologies
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Experience working with vendors, creative agencies, or brand principals is a plus

Ensure that customers have a positive experience; commit to meet or exceed customer expectations.
To focus on increasing customer interactions and improving relationships with Key Opinion Leaders
Conduct product presentations and training programs related to agency products as well as product evaluation trials and survey feedback for new product developments
Actively developing new account relationships in the Zone / Area to enhance customer penetration.
Proactively identify opportunities / new sales lead, understand customer requirements, prepare quotation, follow up and monitor closely to win deals.
Provide timely support to ensure high level of customer satisfaction.
Proactively learning features of new products and understand new service offering developed by the Company.
Occasional weekend and evening trade show and/or meeting participation are a must.
