Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular visits to assigned BCS franchise outlets (minimum twice per month per outlet).
- Drive sales growth of Bosch genuine parts and private-label products across assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with franchise partners.
- Support franchise outlets in optimizing product display, merchandising, and in-store visibility.
- Deliver basic product knowledge sessions and sales pitch training to outlet staff.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to prevent stock shortages.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure timely collection.
- Track competitor activities and provide market feedback.
- Submit weekly visit reports, sales performance reports, and action plans.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of field sales experience (direct/on-site sales is mandatory).
- Proven experience in managing and maintaining long-term client relationships.
- Willing to work in the field (approximately 70% of working time visiting clients).
- Target-driven with strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Able to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Good reporting and basic analytical skills.
- Valid driver's license; own transportation is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in automotive spare parts sales (e.g., Bosch, Denso, Shell, or other fast-moving wear-and-tear parts).
- Experience handling distributor, dealer, workshop, or franchise channel sales.
- Strong product knowledge in automotive spare parts able to recommend suitable part numbers based on vehicle brand and model.
- Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable working outside the office environment.
