Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct regular visits to assigned BCS franchise outlets (minimum twice per month per outlet).
  2. Drive sales growth of Bosch genuine parts and private-label products across assigned territory.
  3. Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with franchise partners.
  4. Support franchise outlets in optimizing product display, merchandising, and in-store visibility.
  5. Deliver basic product knowledge sessions and sales pitch training to outlet staff.
  6. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to prevent stock shortages.
  7. Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure timely collection.
  8. Track competitor activities and provide market feedback.
  9. Submit weekly visit reports, sales performance reports, and action plans.

Job Requirements:

  1. Minimum 2 years of field sales experience (direct/on-site sales is mandatory).
  2. Proven experience in managing and maintaining long-term client relationships.
  3. Willing to work in the field (approximately 70% of working time visiting clients).
  4. Target-driven with strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  5. Able to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
  6. Good reporting and basic analytical skills.
  7. Valid driver's license; own transportation is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience in automotive spare parts sales (e.g., Bosch, Denso, Shell, or other fast-moving wear-and-tear parts).
  2. Experience handling distributor, dealer, workshop, or franchise channel sales.
  3. Strong product knowledge in automotive spare parts able to recommend suitable part numbers based on vehicle brand and model.
  4. Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable working outside the office environment.
