Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive QA Product Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our credit products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, engineering, and customer support, to define quality standards, implement testing strategies, and drive continuous improvement in our product offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, execute, and oversee manual and automated testing processes.
- Ensure thorough testing of product features, integrations, and user interfaces.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of testing processes, test cases, and results.
- Coordinating socialization of new features to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- Experience : Minimum 2 years of experience in QA or product management, preferably in the fintech or BNPL industry.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
