Product Project Implementation & Governance Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate product implementation across Product, IT, Operations, Compliance, Legal, Actuarial, Marketing, Agency, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, approvals, and action items.
• Maintain project documentation, trackers, meeting minutes, status reports, and governance records.
• Support launch readiness, go-live activities, and post-launch issue resolution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, Finance, Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in Project Management, Product Management, Business Analysis, PMO, Insurance Operations, or a related role.
• Strong coordination, stakeholder management, communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams.
• Experience in insurance or financial services, product launches, system implementation, or OJK-related product governance is an advantage.
