Develop solutions and organize, plan, create, and deliver compelling proof-of-concept demonstrations.
Prepare detailed cost estimates and technical proposals aligned with client requirements.
Ensure all solutions in the Statement of Work follow best practices and match client expectations.
Liaise with Microsoft (and/or other principal vendors) to gain deep product knowledge and communicate relevant information to clients, including updates on user behavior or potential changes.
Respond professionally and thoroughly to Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
Regularly collaborate with team members to discuss project progress and explore new ways to improve business processes and offerings.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in Presales, Solution Consulting, or Solution Architecture with a strong background in Microsoft products and services (e.g., Microsoft 365, Azure, Dynamics 365, etc.).
Excellent communication and presentation skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English. Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
Strong interpersonal skills, including:
Ability to engage both C-Level executives and technical users.
Clear articulation of product and business value.
Acting as a trusted advisor to clients.
Delivering effective system presentations and demos.
Demonstrated eagerness to learn new products, adapt to fast-changing technology environments, and work in a collaborative team setting.
Relevant Microsoft certifications are highly desirable
