Responsibilities
- Develop product concepts, features, and manage the entire product lifecycle based on market needs and business strategy
- Collaborate with Operations, Risk, Legal, IT, and other teams for product development and implementation
- Develop, update, and control operational, product, and credit policies in line with regulations and the company's risk appetite
- Ensure policies and SOPs are clear, practical, and easily implemented by business units
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners
- Evaluate partnership performance and recommend improvements or strategic adjustments
- Performing special assignments as required and/or as directed by superiors
Requirement
- Bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred) in Economics, Business, Statistics, Engineering, or relevant fields
- Minimum 1 years of experience in Product, Policy, Partnership roles (cross-functional experience is highly valued)
- Strong understanding of the financial services, banking, or fintech industry and its regulatory landscap
- Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills
