Product Strategy: Define the API roadmap, balancing regulatory requirements, internal technical debt, and partner demand for core services (Account Opening, Transfer, Biller, and Account Binding APIs)
Regulatory & Certification Governance: Deep understanding for ASPI certification and compliance submissions. Oversee the end-to-end certification lifecycle & act as subject master expert in coordinating sandbox testing, managing the documentation portal, and facilitating the successful audit of API functional tests.
Platform Proficiency:
SNAP Management: Ensure strictly compliant implementations of mandatory SNAP services, including data standards & security protocols.
Non-SNAP Strategy: Manage proprietary API offerings, ensuring they complement SNAP services without compromising platform security or interoperability.
Ability to distinct in relate to categorize API to SNAP or Non-SNAP API
Partner Integration: As main consult for integration support team in delivering integration paths for partners, providing technical guidance, clear documentation, and efficient troubleshooting support
Cross-Functional Leadership: Work with Engineering (API gateway configuration), Compliance/Legal (data privacy), and Business teams to ensure a consistent, scalable API ecosystem.
Core Competencies
Domain Expertise: 3+ years of experience in API product management within the Indonesian Fintech or Banking sector with 5+ experiences in general B2B digital product/solutions
Regulatory Mastery: Deep, hands-on knowledge of Bank Indonesia's PJP regulations and ASPI technical/security standards. Deep understanding in the ASPI certification portal & procedure
Technical Literacy: Proficient in API lifecycle management, including:
RESTful API design, JSON payloads, and secure authentication.
Understanding of API Gateway architectures.
Ability to review & understand to create functional testing and basic knowledge in using Postman
Strategic Execution: Proven ability to translate complex regulatory mandates into actionable product backlogs and technical requirements (both in Agile & waterfall technology).
