The Product Owner serves as the primary customer advocate and bridge between business and technology, balancing stakeholder needs while ensuring the team delivers maximum value through a well-aligned backlog.
Responsibilities
- Discuss with related Business Owner to determine the priority and define the function for further development.
- Determine the objective, business background/pain point, and the features to be added/modify.
- Transfer the information on product roadmap and required function to be developed to development team.
- Develop report/dashboard as necessary.
- Conduct problem analysis resulted from the metrics indicator.
- Conduct product backlog and put necessary refinement as resulted from the product performance review.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or Science from a reputable university.
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role
- Ability to translate business needs into clear product requirements and prioritize the product backlog accordingly.
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
- Strong background in IT project management and business process improvement, with the ability to drive efficiency and deliver business value.
- Good understanding of the IT services market and industry trends is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders.
- Comfortable engaging with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal) is required.
- Willing to be placed in Pulomas Office (East Jakarta)
