Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Management, or related field
• Experience 4-5 years as a Product Owner or Product Manager or similar positions
• Has experience handling development products in Financial Services Industry (Banking, Insurance, Multifinance)
• Strong skills in Information Technology and Product Management
• Experience with gathering and defining Business Requirements
• Proficiency in understanding and optimizing Business Processes
• Analytical skills to assess market trends and product performance
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced on-site environment
