Job Description

Requirements

Bachelor or higher degree in Computer Science or related fields.
Min. 3 year experience in project management and/or business analysis
Strong understanding in Agile and Scrum.
Strong understanding in utilizing task management tools (i.e. Jira/Trello).
Strong communication skill in oral and written.
Strong task management skill and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
Knowledge about user-centered design principles is a great plus (group health/employee benefit)

Collaborate with stakeholders in defining the product vision and developing product roadmap accordingly to this vision.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and anticipate their needs and translate them into product requirements.
Managing the product backlog and prioritizing them based on changing requirements.
Overseeing all stages of product creation including design and development.
Developing user stories.
Participating in Scrum events
