About the Role
We are looking for a Product Owner who thrives at the intersection of business, technology, and user needs, and enjoys driving products from concept to delivery in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and prioritize the product backlog to maximize business value
- Create, refine, and manage clear user stories and acceptance criteria
- Translate business needs into actionable technical requirements
- Work closely with engineering, QA, UX, and business stakeholders
- Facilitate alignment between business goals and technical execution
- Monitor product development progress and ensure timely delivery
- Lead stakeholder communication and expectation management
- Ensure product outcomes align with strategic objectives
- Drive continuous improvement across product development processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT, or related fields
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Owner (technical background or ex-developer is a plus)
- Strong understanding of Agile & SCRUM methodologies
- Hands-on experience using JIRA or similar Agile tools
- Experience working on large-scale or enterprise-level systems
- Strong skills in writing user stories, mapping business processes, and workflow analysis
- Analytical, structured thinker with a strong problem-solving mindset
- Product-minded, user-centric, and able to communicate with clarity and influence
Nice to Have (if any, not mandatory)
- Experience leading or managingAgile product teams
- Exposure to the insurance industry
- Ability to contribute to or drive product strategy and roadmap discussions
Work Arrangement
- Placement: South Jakarta
- Work setup: Work from Office (WFO)
- Contract duration: 6 months (extendable)
- Expected start date: February/March 2026
